HALLOWEEN - CHILDREN'S NIGHT HAYRIDES

Children’s Night Hayrides and Maze Combo:

Our Children’s Night Hayride gives young riders a chance to experience a slightly spookier hayride through our woods at night. The Children’s Night Hayride is appropriate for most children. Spooky elements include darkness, spooky scenes, eerie lights, loud noises, and some monsters that keep their distance. The wagon travels the same loop as the Haunted hayride, without the monsters and more intense special effects. We rely on parents to make the right decisions for their family. Children ages 2 and under participate in our events for free when accompanied by a paid adult. Your timeslot indicates your arrival time. You may wait in line and right later than your time slot, depending on crowds.

Our children’s mazes allow children to wind and play through three different small mazes. Ticket holders receive a wristband which gives the wearer unlimited runs through the mazes throughout the event. These mazes are also open in the daytime, alongside our Daytime Hayride, if this event runs past your child’s bedtime.

Hayrides are not available for separate purchase, but we understand that some children are too young for the hayride, but would still like to participate in Pumpkinland and the mazes.

Important Rules:

• Riders must remain seated at all times during the Haunted Hayride and keep all body parts inside the wagon.
• No flash photography, lighters, flashlights, laser pointers, or any other source of bright light or flame on the Hayride.
• No alcohol of any kind on grounds.
• No weapons of any kind on grounds.
• Do not touch the monsters or any other staff person. Be respectful of other riders. Harassment and abuse will not be tolerated.
• Stay out of the path of the wagon and do not enter the woods on foot.
• No dogs or other animals on the hayride or in the maze except for certified service animals.
• Children may wear costumes. Adults may not wear masks or face paint that may obscure their identity.
• Do not participate if you are suffering from any medical condition that may be aggravated by jostling, bumps, contact with other passengers, sudden scares, flashing lights, or loud noises.
• Failure to follow any of these rules may result in ejection from grounds without a refund.

Weather Policy: Hayrides are regulated by the state and adhere to state guidelines. They cannot operate in conditions that make the trail muddy or impact visibility. They may also be canceled in the case of high winds. If the hayrides are canceled, so are the mazes. Ticketholders will be contacted in case of cancellation and given the opportunity to reschedule at no cost, or to receive a refund.

Accessibility: There is a short flight of stairs necessary to board the hayride. The hayride includes loud noises, flashing lights, and other special effects. Riders are in close proximity to each other. Please give us a call if you have a certified service dog so that we can make accommodations. Wheelchair accessible porta potties are available.
