In addition to these organizations, Colonial supports dozens of local fundraisers every year.
Due to the number of requests and limitations in our staffing, we ask that fundraising requests be made either in person, over the phone, or submitted by email. As a rule, we will no longer be providing gift cards or merchandise to fundraisers solicited through the mail or our Contact Us page. If you have a request for a partnership or donation, please make sure to provide the following information:
- The name of the organization you represent and a brief description of your mission
- What event or cause you are fundraising for (i.e. a basket raffle,
- What you are requesting from us (a gift card, merchandise, help planning, services)
- Any supporting documentation (a webpage, a flyer, etc.)
As a general rule of thumb, we limit donations to nonprofits and community organizations rather than individuals. If you are a local community member who needs assistance, we recommend checking out our partners listed above.
