2025 EXPECTED PEPPER VARIETIES
We pride ourselves on carrying a wide variety of pepper plants for every palette. Peppers are best planted after the risk of frost has passed. We normally carry the bulk of our pepper varieties from April through early June. Please note that this list includes all of the varieties we intend to carry over the course of the spring. Actual inventory will vary week to week and is dependent on our growers.
SHU stands for Scoville Heat Units, which is the standard unit of measure for spiciness. Each pepper will vary based on maturity, plant, and growing conditions.
